Strong Floor - Marine Grade
Our testing facility features a marine-grade strong floor with a maximum capacity of 300 kN, designed to handle demanding structural evaluations.
The floor accommodates specimens up to 2 m × 6 m in dimension, providing a stable and reliable foundation for accurate load application and measurement.
Universal Testing Machine
We use a 300 kN capacity Universal Testing Machine (UTM) to perform precise tensile, compression, and bending tests on structural components. This equipment allows accurate measurement of material strength and deformation behavior, ensuring reliable data for both design verification and research purposes.
Static Data Logger - Up to 40 channels
Our static data logger captures load, stress, displacement, and strain with high accuracy. With up to 40 channels, it enables reliable data acquisition for precise structural analysis and validation.
Dynamic Data Logger - Up to 24 channels
Our dynamic data logger records load, stress, displacement, and strain under rapid changes with high precision. Supporting up to 24 channels and a frequency of 10 kHz, it enables accurate capture of transient responses and vibration analysis for advanced structural evaluation.
Load Cell - 1 Ton Capacity
Our 1-ton load cell provides highly precise force measurement for structural testing. Yearly calibrated, it ensures consistent accuracy and reliability in both static and dynamic applications.
Load Cell - 5 Ton Capacity
Built for medium-capacity testing, the 5-ton load cell offers dependable performance and accurate readings. Regular calibration keeps it consistent across diverse conditions.
Load Cell - 30 Ton Capacity
Engineered for heavy-duty applications, the 30-ton load cell delivers stable measurement for large-scale structures. Its yearly calibration guarantees reliability in demanding environments.
Displacement Sensor
Our displacement sensors provide precise measurement of structural deformation and deflection during testing. These sensors capture even small movements with high accuracy, ensuring reliable data for performance evaluation, analysis, and validation of structural behavior.
